Jean-Paul Weber

Jean-Paul is a native of Alsace, an Eastern region of France which has one of the richest and most varied cuisines in the country. Jean-Paul has worked in many European kitchens, most notably as a captain at the famous Maxim’s in Paris. He came with his family to America in 1964 to work at Maxim’s Chicago then later began his own ventures. Jean-Paul is now settled in the San Diego area and occasionally teaches cooking classes at local venues.
